Set the cylinder on top of the watering tray. It rests on the four support wheels and one corner needs to fit under the spring loaded roller arm. Adjust tension of spring until it is lightly loaded and cylinder rests securely in place. This is done by tightening or loosening the nut at the bottom.
Unpack the 4 lateral stabilizer rollers.
Locate the 4 larger washers.
Install the stabilizer roller at each of the four corners. The angled bracket must be removed and turned over. Then, place the roller on the inside until it touches the edge of the cylinder. Adjust the rollers to the centered cylinder allowing for a small amount of lateral play and smooth cylinder rotation.
